Andrew and Janice Roy started breeding birds back in 1996. They started with cockatiels, lovebirds, and lineolated parakeets. Over the years their small hobby has become a small business, The Bird Post, Inc. Outgrowing their property, expanding into an over 3,000 sq. ft space, they now breed over 25 different species! Specializing in handfed babies and exotic mutations of medium and small species, The Bird Post has made huge strides in expanding their business. Working with all of the current mutations of lineolated parakeets available in the United States, The Bird Post has become one of the premier breeders of linnies. In lineolated parakeets alone, they produce over 100 beautiful, healthy babies every year.

Most of the types of birds they breed are hand fed and sold for pets. The ability to ship nationally year around, allows The Bird Post to place great pets in an array of homes.
